Financial Policies - Registration and Team Dues

  • The registration fees that you pay when you register your child in June are a club-wide estimate of what your team will need to pay for costs incurred during the year. The dues will pay for trainer fees, tournament registrations, equipment, parties, additional items of clothing for the team, etc.
  • Since the registration fee is only an estimate, your coach may ask you for additional monies to support team activities, or may conversely return money to you at the end of the year.
  • THERE IS NO REFUND if your child decides to drop off the team during the year. These dues are retained by the club to provide financial aid to other children that cannot afford the fees, or to continue to pay team expenses.

As always, if families have a financial hardship, contact our President, Steve Tatz, at president@scarsdalesoccer.org to obtain either longer payment terms or, if necessary, financial aid to cover a portion of the registration fees. All children are able to play regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
